- 3 egg whites, whole
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 tsp SteSweet Premium
- 1/2 package almond extract
- 200 grams ground almonds — blanched
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 25 grams inulin
Beat egg whites, salt, SteSweet Premium, stiff together, mix in the Inulin.
Afterwards add the ground almonds, cinnamon, almond extract and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon on a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius for about 22 minutes.
