Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Low-Calorie ice cream


  • 2 cups (500 grams) plain yogurt
  • 250 grams curd
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon SteSweet Reb-A
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.

Place in airtight containers and freeze to desired consistency.
