Ginger Ale

Ginger, a powerful herb


3 1/2 (875ml) cups water
3/4 (80g) cup peeled and chopped ginger root
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon extract
3/4 tsp SteSweet Premium Powder
Carbonated or sparkling water


Boil the ginger root in water for 10 minutes.

Strain and place liquid in a bottle or jar.

Stir in vanilla, lemon and SteSweet Premium.

Cool and afterwards store in the refrigerator.
