- 1 cup (225g) pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups (460g) plain natural yogurt
- 2 cups (500ml) milk
- 4 halved peaches
- 1/8 tsp SteSweet Reb-A
Mix pineapple chunks, juice and peaches in a blender.
Add yogurt, milk and SteSweet Reb-A and process until smooth.
Serve into individual glasses immediately.
