- 500 grams spelt flour
- 200 grams butter
- 75 grams inulin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons SteSweet Premium
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon citrus peel
- 1 egg
Mix butter (room temperature), inulin, SteSweet Premium together.
Add the eggs, flour, vanilla, citrus peel (water, as much as necessary for desired consistency) together.
Let the dough stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough, use cookie cutters for desired shapes, use the additional egg to glaze the cookies, let it dry a bit and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 12 to 17 minutes.
