- 100g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3/4 tsp SteSweet Reb-A
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 100g Spelt flour
- 100g Hazelnuts, ground
Cream the Butter with the egg, SteSweet Reb-A, salt, vanilla, flour and hazelnuts in a large bowl.
Mix well to form a soft and firm dough.
Form a 3 to 4 cm roll.
Put it into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cut into 30 pieces.
Form pieces into balls and press flat.
Put onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
