Whole Grain Ginger Bread Cookies

225 grams spelt flour
25 grams inulin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons SteSweet Premium
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 egg
100 grams almond powder
125 grams butter — cold
50 ml water


Sift spelt flour, salt, the spices, inulin together.

Add the egg, butter in pieces, almond powder, SteSweet Premium and knead to a solid dough.

Mix spelt flour, salt, spices, inulin together.

Roll the dough out, use cookie cutters in desired shapes and bake on a lined baking sheet vor 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C.
