Cranberry Juice

Sour berries made sweet


  • 1/2 kg Cranberries
  • 5 Cups (1.25 Liter) water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp SteSweet Reb-A


Wash the cranberries and put them into a saucepan with the water, add a pinch of salt.

Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst for about 10 minutes.

Pour the fruit and liquid into a sieve.

Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the SteSweet Reb-A powder and boil for 3 minutes.

Serve the juice chilled.
